Civilian Offenses on Military Bases
We represent civilians who have been charged with committing offenses on federal land (such as national forests) and at military installations such as Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and NORAD. An administrative hearing, which you’ll face if your offense was not serious enough for a court-martial, is the military equivalent of a firing. There are Due Process requirements and a hearing before the Administrative Elimination Board (the exact name of the board will vary depending upon which arm of the military you serve in).
