Our VP of Solutions and Consulting, Jennifer Chew, explores how Supply chain management is the process of coordinating all the steps needed to get a product from where it’s made to where it’s sold. For example, when you want a toy, it’s first produced in a factory, then transported by trucks, ships, or planes to reach the store, where it’s ready for you to buy. It involves many people and systems working together to ensure everything moves efficiently and the product arrives on time.
