Throughout the event, Bristlecone hosted executive discussions, customer conversations, leadership engagements, and community experiences that reflected the momentum we’re building across the SAP ecosystem.

Customer participation was a key highlight of the week. Monster Energy’s featured customer session drew strong engagement from attendees; Illumina participated in three separate sessions; and CommScope hosted an executive roundtable discussion — reinforcing the depth of collaboration and trust we continue to build with customers across industries.

Beyond the sessions and meetings, what stood out most was the energy and teamwork demonstrated by Bristlecone teams throughout the event. From booth engagement and customer interactions to behind-the-scenes coordination and event execution, teams across the company came together to deliver a strong, memorable Sapphire presence.

One of the standout moments of the week was the Bristlecone Luau. Despite an unexpected shift indoors due to the weather, the evening quickly became one of the most memorable events at Sapphire — bringing together customers, partners, and industry leaders for meaningful conversations, music, entertainment, and connection beyond the conference floor.

Most importantly, Sapphire reinforced the relationships, partnerships, and conversations that continue to shape Bristlecone’s growth and our role in the evolving supply chain and AI landscape.
